swedish sea rescue society (Sjöräddningssällskapet) has a total 74 rescue stations all around in sweden.
their sea rescuers are volunteers : all of them have a "regular" profession. those who become member of the society, have to live 15 mins from the closest rescue station following any kind of alarms they get notified 24/7. they are dealing with EITHER engine failures, life rescue, fire alarms, and so on.
this series give a deep insight to their daily lives and operations from any possible perspectives, weather conditions and situations all OVER in sweden. the project is determined to present a complete overview of the rescuer'S ENGAGEMENT, PASSION, and commitment TO ACCOMPLISH all their missions ANYTIME, ANYWHERE - while they havE a strong connection each other as a big rescue family - JUST AS the project will SHOW THEIR PERSONAL SIDES THE CLOSEST AS POSSIBLE as well.
